Currently has a restored projecting neon sign- the city residents know the building as a landmark. Has a partial basement with a lovely unused fireplace. Main floor is approximately 8000 square feet, mezzanine is approximately 6000 square feet and the third floor is also about 8000 square feet. Accessed by two commercial doors that provide entry into two stores or offices; there is a third door that provides exterior access to the third floor which at one time housed the City radio station. Some renovation of the building has taken place.
