All of our complexes feature 2-story 3 bed, 3 bath floor plans with 1 downstairs bed & bath unit Room A – 10x11sqft and 2 upstairs bed & bath units Room B & Room C – each 13x11sqft. The units are rented out per room with each roommate having their own lease. Rent: The rent per month at each complex is includes water, trash, and sewer. Internet and electricity is not included. You and your roommates can choice or shop around for the cheapest energy provider as you will be paying the electric bill. Amenities: Each apartment comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer & dryer. All baths are private en suite.
