The leased office consists of a 155 square foot room, a 24 square foot closet, and an optional 35 square foot filing room

The tenant will have the use of the entry area or waiting room, the kitchen and the bathroom, as well as the parking lot. The office also comes with one half of a night-lighted, back lighted sign on Old Betsy, the main thoroughfare in Keen, and a non-lit sign facing the parking lot over the main entrance. (Signage to be produced at tenant’s expense.)
