With interest rates at high that hasn't been seen in years it is imperative that realtors such as Agent Tango take the lead to make home ownership affordable. Lower interest rates mean that more people are able to buy and sell there home at attractive interest rates.
2What is the cost?
Agent Tango will charge a $500 fee at closing to cover some of the admin costs for processing the paperwork and dealing with the lender during the assumption process.
3How do I get qualified for these mortgages?
Our website is a free resource to use as you please. There are not many agents in the market today who are trained in guiding their clients through the process of a loan assumption.
